Our engine runs the geometry for 10 tank shapes, the dish-end corrections (flat, hemispherical, 2:1 elliptical, torispherical), the dip-chart integrator, liquid density and weight conversion, tilt correction, and unit conversion. If any output, preset, or guide statement disagrees with your hand calculation or the calibration chart, send the page URL and the exact numbers. We verify before changing anything.

How do I get a faster reply?▼
Include the exact inputs you entered — tank shape, dimensions, head type, fill depth, liquid or custom density, tilt if used, and any advanced options such as unit system or dip increment — plus the result you expected and the result the calculator returned. That single message usually lets us reproduce and explain the difference in one reply.
Do you offer live chat or phone support?▼
Not yet. Email lets us verify every answer against the actual geometry-and-density math and the published reference tables before responding, which matters when the topic is payload plans, pad loads, and purchase-order volumes. We read every message and answer most within two business days.
Can you tell me which tank to use for my job?▼
We can explain what the numbers mean — how a head-type change moves the capacity, why diesel and water differ at the same fill, how the tilt correction behaves — but tank selection for a specific service belongs to the design code, the manufacturer's data, and a qualified engineer. Venting, foundation design, and code compliance are engineering decisions, not calculator outputs.
Do you sell tanks, fittings, or tools?▼
No. The site sells nothing, carries no affiliate links, and is not affiliated with any fabricator or distributor. Advertising is clearly labeled and separately handled — see the advertising section of the Privacy Policy for how that works.
Can I suggest a topic for the guide library?▼
Please do — that is exactly how the library grows. Send the question you were trying to answer, the job you were working on, and what you wished had been written down. Requests that describe a real job-site problem go to the top of the content queue.
